This policy describes how data is handled in Sunny Routes. Publisher: NIKITA ZUBKOV. For questions about your data: uberbaltija@gmail.com
Gameplay and local saves
The game does not require an account. Your progress, coin balance, settings, collection and records of delivered purchases are stored on your device. We do not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone or precise location. The game's own code does not send your gameplay history to a developer server.
The demo version
When the shop is labelled as a test shop, purchases and ad views are simulated. You are not charged and the game does not request real ads. The following sections about payments and advertising apply to the version with store services connected.
Payments
Google Play or the Apple App Store processes the payment and verifies the purchase. The app receives the product identifier, transaction status and confirmation to deliver the content and prevent duplicate grants. Payment card details are not shared with the app. The store retains payment history under its own rules. Records confirming delivered purchases are stored locally until the game's data is deleted.
Advertising and third-party services
The commercial version uses Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform. The advertising SDK may collect your IP address (including to estimate your region), interactions with ads and the app, diagnostic data and device identifiers. This data is used to serve and measure ads, diagnose problems and prevent fraud. Data sent to Google services is protected with TLS. Consent choices, region, platform and device settings affect personalisation and the availability of identifiers.
Before showing ads, the app requests a consent choice where required by the service configuration and applicable rules. Available choices can be changed in the game under Privacy → Ad settings. Declining does not prevent you from playing levels. Rewarded videos are always optional. On iOS the app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission; it requests non-personalised ads. The advertising service's data categories are described above.
Storage, deletion and transfers
Uninstalling the app or deleting its local data removes your progress and coin wallet from that device. There is no cloud wallet or cross-device progress transfer. Permanent purchases can be restored using the same store account. Previously used consumable packs do not restore a lost coin balance. Deleting the game does not delete stores' payment records or advertising service data: those services have their own retention periods and data controls.
Your choices
You can play without watching videos, change available ad settings, manage advertising identifiers in your system settings and contact us about data access or deletion. Requests relating to data held by Google or Apple can also be sent directly to the relevant service. If you contact support, the message, reply address and attachments you provide are used only to handle your enquiry and are kept for as long as needed to resolve it and fulfil applicable obligations.
Children and policy changes
The game does not ask for your date of birth. The publisher declares the actual target audience in the store and configures services for that audience before release. The current technical configuration is not intended for release in a children's category without additional setup. Material changes to data handling will be reflected in an updated policy.

The website and browser demo
This website introduces the game and offers a demo. In the demo, progress and settings are stored in your browser's local storage. You can delete them by clearing this site's data. In-app purchases and ads in the browser demo are simulations.
We do not add our own advertising pixels or analytics services to the website. The hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver pages and protect the service. Access to the preview version is managed by the hosting provider.
