A little help with the traffic
Look at the first group in the passenger queue: that is the colour you need next. The arrow on a bus's roof shows its exit direction. If another bus blocks the way, try moving that one first.
Undo your last move or restart the route if the waiting area is full. Your first undo on a route does not reduce your stars. Reopening a hint in the same position is free. Every route can be completed without purchases.
Your first trip?
The game starts with a short tutorial. You can replay it from “How to play” in the main menu. Choose your language in Settings → Language. The game supports English, Russian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Turkish, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Indonesian, Vietnamese and Arabic.

Enable colour symbols in settings. The extra shapes help distinguish passenger groups and buses.
Progress and coins
The game automatically saves routes, settings, your balance and decorations on your current device. The browser demo uses browser storage. No account is required, and progress cannot yet be transferred between devices.
Uninstalling the app or deleting its data removes your progress and coins. Clearing the site's browser data has the same effect. Please keep in mind that there is no cloud backup before reinstalling.
Permanent purchases in the mobile version can be restored using the same Google Play or App Store account. Restoring a purchase does not recover spent or deleted consumable coins.
A purchase hasn't appeared
Check your connection and the payment status in the store. If payment is still pending, wait for it to finish. Then return to the game and choose “Restore purchases” in settings. Use the same account you used to make the purchase.
Do not buy the item again just because a response is delayed. When contacting support, the product name, purchase date and order number are enough. We never ask for your store password or payment card details.
The browser demo clearly labels its shop as a test shop: no real payments are made. In the mobile version, “No ads” removes ads between trips; optional rewarded videos remain available.
Smooth journeys and sound
If the game feels slow, choose the lower graphics setting. You can separately disable music, sound effects, motion and vibration. After returning from another app, tap the screen to let your browser play sound again.
Updating Android System WebView can help on Android. In a browser, use a recent version with WebGL 2 support. If the demo does not load, check your connection and open the game in its own page.
